Types of intervention
Amicable collection:
- The amicable collection procedure must be initiated as soon as you are made aware of a late payment, a unilateral extension or an unpaid account.
- This procedure must be logical, organized and firm, though without hindering the quality of the networks of professionals who, on your behalf, send out formal demands, make telephone or written contacts, and visit the clients in question.

Judicial collection:
Should the previous efforts be unsuccessful, this procedure shall be undertaken according to the amount of debt. It can take various shapes: payment order, provision injunction, payment summons and, in the event of a collective procedure, a liability certificate, claiming the preservation of ownership, recovery of dividends...

The special case of disputes:

To release you from the amicable or legal procedures required to collect disputed affairs, credit-insurers have developed solutions which aim to relieve your cash flow and reduce the service charges which you might have to bear.
The benefit of outsourcing collections
The process of recovering debts is a job for professionals. It requires speed, organization and skill relations. The progress of the affairs can generally be followed up on-line.
Cost
The cost generally depends on the results.
